Unfortunately we only got to spend 2 nights in the van as Carol's father had a serious medical emergency, so we had to cut our trip short, return the van and make a rushed trip back to Melbourne. Even this was not problem for Neil. Sick as a dog, and in pouring rain, we met at the pick up location, Neil took care of the unhitching and return process. Thanks again Neil.”

Neil and Nicole were fantastic hosts, always ready to help and ensure we had a great time, explained everything at handover of the van . We highly recommend this caravan for a cozy getaway.”

It had everything we needed for our stay (table, chairs, large outdoor mat, plates, cups, cutlery, kettle, toaster etc). Neil had the van set up when we arrived. The handover was smooth and friendly.
